With expertise in organizational design, strategic leadership, and management, Gloria is committed to collaborating with organizations to achieve their goals, expand their impact, and champion diversity, equity, justice, inclusion, and belonging.
Cathie Pelchat, Co-Facilitator

Cathie is a consultant and coach whose personal mission is to resource people, organizations, and institutions with the skills and support required to become the change the future is demanding of us all.
Alyson Molloy Hussey, Co-Facilitator
Alyson & Jenn collaborate on consulting and workshops.
Alyson is a consultant and coach who loves working with mission-focused nonprofit leaders making a difference in their communities. She believes the sector will be stronger and more effective if it is more diverse, equitable and inclusive.
Elena Greenlee, Digital & Media Assistant
Elena partners with Jenn for Copywriting, Media & Digital Assistance.
Elena is a community organizer, creative producer & writer with an MFA in Film and 10 years of experience producing independent film. She works in various avenues that bring together creativity, community engagement and online and IRL event production.

Carrie is a mission-driven professional excited to work with organizations who share a passion to make the world a better place using strategic organizational, planning, and visioning skills to help clients accomplish projects that move organizations and groups forward.

Philanthropy MA
Philanthropy MA delivers opportunities in learning, networking, access to resources and tools, skill-building, and community-building and serves as a bridge between funders and fund applicants for better understanding, efficiency and impact in Massachusetts. Jenn partners with Philanthropy MA to present the Fundraising and Development Certificate Program, Fundraising Essentials for Executive Directors, Appeal Jam, Asking without Anxiety, and other workshops.

Common Good VT
Common Good Vermont is the only statewide program dedicated to uniting, strengthening, and advocating for Vermont’s nonprofit sector. Jenn partners with Common Good Vermont to present the Fundraising and Development Certificate Program, The Nonprofit Management Certificate Program, Asking without Anxiety, and other workshops.

Americorps
SerVermont is Vermont’s State Service Commission, which oversees the Americorps program. Jenn partners with SerVermont to provide workshops and programs for Americorps members in their year of service.

Mott Philanthropic
Mott Philanthropic helps individuals and family foundations maximize their philanthropic impact through the creation and development of custom and targeted long term philanthropic strategies, action plans, and overall foundation management. Jenn partners with Mott Philanthropic to provide cohort based programming for Linde Family Foundation grantees.
